I am in the same boat you are with selling on CL. I do it all the time and hope someone crazy isn't coming to pick up a piece from me. I am also selling pieces here and there and little shops but I haven't dived into my own store or renting a space from a store. It just seems scary to me. BTW you are my new friend and I love your blog too!
